1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to BBI Core (bbicore.org), operated by Natalie N.
Mambre, founder of BBI Foundation (Buska Bo Identidat)
and BBI Therapy Practice (Balanced Behavior Intervention),
based in the Netherlands.
By visiting our website and purchasing from our shop you
agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read
them carefully.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms please
do not use our website.

2. ABOUT BBI CORE
BBI Core operates two entities:
BBI Foundation — Buska Bo Identidat
A foundation providing community healing programs,
ancestry research, youth identity programs, and workshops
addressing intergenerational trauma in Dutch Caribbean
communities. Government funded program for healing
slavery trauma.
BBI Therapy Practice — Balanced Behavior Intervention
An evidence-based therapy practice providing ABA therapy
and behavioral support for children and adults with
learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD, and related challenges.
Blue Wave Campaign
A social impact campaign celebrating Curaçao's historic
World Cup qualification. 10% of all Blue Wave product
proceeds go to youth programs in Curaçao.

3. PRODUCTS AND SHOP
3.1 All products in our shop are supplied through
dropshipping partners. Product descriptions and images
are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
3.2 Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared
to the actual product due to monitor settings.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices, modify or
discontinue products at any time without notice.
3.4 All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless your
location automatically shows a different currency.
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 By placing an order you confirm that you are at least
18 years old or have parental permission to make the purchase.
4.2 We accept payment via the methods available at checkout
including credit card, debit card, and Shop Pay.
4.3 Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
BBI Core does not store your payment details.
4.4 You will receive an order confirmation by email after
your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do
not receive it within 24 hours.
4.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order at our
discretion. In the event of cancellation you will receive
a full refund.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on
your location and the product supplier.
5.2 Standard delivery times:
Netherlands: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
5.3 These are estimated times only. We cannot guarantee
exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs,
public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
5.4 Free shipping is available on orders over the threshold
shown on our website at the time of purchase.
5.5 International orders may be subject to customs duties
and import taxes in your country. These costs are the
responsibility of the buyer.
5.6 Once your order has been shipped you will receive a
tracking number by email where available.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving
your order.
6.2 Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original
condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
6.3 To request a return please email:

with subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
6.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
6.5 Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days
after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6.6 We do not accept returns on:
— Digital products or downloadable content
— Items marked as final sale
— Items returned after 14 days
6.7 If you received a damaged or incorrect item please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
and we will resolve it promptly.

7. THE 10% YOUTH PLEDGE
7.1 BBI Core pledges to donate 10% of all Blue Wave
campaign product proceeds to a youth program in Curaçao.
7.2 The recipient organization is selected by BBI Foundation
in consultation with community leaders in Curaçao.
7.3 We will announce the chosen partner organization on
our website at bbicore.org.
7.4 This pledge applies to product sales only and does
not apply to shipping fees or taxes.
7.5 BBI Core will report publicly on the total amount
donated and the programs supported.

8.1 Information on this website about BBI Therapy Practice
is for informational purposes only and does not constitute

9.3 The BBI name, logo, and slogans including
"Break Barriers Intentionally" and "Buska Bo Identidat"
are the intellectual property of BBI Core.
