Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Because our products are fulfilled through multiple dropshipping and print-on-demand suppliers (including AliExpress-based suppliers and Printify), shipping times vary by product and supplier:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 7–20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US, where available): 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 15–45 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the fulfillment supplier. Free shipping promotions may be available on select products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers (e.g., a print-on-demand item from Printify and a dropshipped item from AliExpress), your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at BalancedBesti@gmail.com and we will investigate with the supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in processing with our suppliers and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.
